The G500 is part of the advanced Multifunction Controller Platform (MCP). The Multifunction Controller Platform (MCP) offers high-capacity, secure, transformer-substation-enhanced modular, and expandable hardware and software components designed to simplify the deployment, operation, and maintenance of automation systems.
The Multifunction Controller Platform (MCP) enables a single device to handle various functions and applications such as Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) concentrators, Remote Terminal Units (RTUs), Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs), advanced network security features, non-operational data storage, and more. Function integration reduces deployment and operational costs while increasing system reliability by reducing the number of devices in the system.

High Security

Utilizes a Linux-based hardened operating system and container technology to provide enhanced network security. Supports secure protocols like TLS and SSH, ensuring the security of remote access.

 

Scalability and Customization

With three PCIe expansion modules, it can extend up to 120 virtual ports, expanding serial connections to 20 physical ports. This provides greater scalability and flexibility, making the system more adaptable and customizable to specific needs.

 

Function Integration

Streamlines engineering and operations by eliminating the need for dedicated HMI computers and external Ethernet switches through function integration. Also, leverages built-in configurable PRP (Parallel Redundancy Protocol) to reduce equipment costs, supporting up to three PRP instances.

 

Stability, Reliability, and Redundancy

Equipped with dual redundant hot-swappable power supplies and redundant network interfaces, ensuring continuous system operation and delivering high-reliability network connectivity.

 

Multi-Core Processor

Equipped with a high-performance multi-core AMD CPU, offering exceptional computational power and processing efficiency to handle large volumes of data and complex computing tasks.

 

VPN Multi-Client Support

Configurable to support up to 8 VPN clients, simultaneously serving up to 3 VPN clients, ensuring secure remote access.

 

Data Logging and Report Generation

Includes data logging capabilities supporting various logging methods and report generation. Can monitor, record, and analyze data while generating detailed reports to assist users in fault diagnosis and performance optimization.

 

Time Synchronization Support

Supports various time synchronization methods, including IEEE 1588 PTP, IRIG-B, and NTP, ensuring the accuracy of system time.
